The chalet consists of beautifully restored Ligurian stone houses, carefully renovated to preserve their original charm while offering modern comfort. It includes an apartment and a studio, each with its own private entrance and bathroom. The kitchen and living area are shared, while the studio also has a small kitchenette. The bedrooms have independent access, with no internal staircase connecting them.

The entire property is rented as one exclusive unit, making it the perfect retreat for remote work or for anyone seeking peace, nature, and the authentic atmosphere of the Ligurian Alps.

Guests can also enjoy a beautiful 26-square-meter swimming pool, surrounded by nature and overlooking the entire woodland. The fresh mountain air makes summer holidays especially pleasant, while the pool offers fun and relaxation for both children and adults.

A second accommodation is also available in the owner's house, located on the same enclosed property. This spacious apartment features a large bedroom for two people, a comfortable living and dining area with a kitchenette, and, if needed, a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests. It also includes a bathroom with a shower and a private terrace with a garden, ideal for relaxing outdoors.

We are also delighted to share that a third accommodation is currently being created and is expected to welcome its first guests from 2027. To celebrate its opening, we are planning special introductory offers for our very first visitors.
